Talking about what is a good balanced meal on a plate.  Looked at how much fat is in some foods that we love.

Moment in History

On 19 September 1893 New Zealand became the first self-governing country to grant women the vote.  In most other democracies – including Britain and the United States – women did not get that right until after the First World War.

New Zealand women voted for the first time in a general election on 28 November 1893.

GET WIZE 2 HEALTH - Diabetes awareness program for Children.  Week 1.
Thank you to the Diabetes Projects Trust for coming in to run this program for our children.

We looked at how much sugar is in the drinks that we love.  Watched a funny video about a family being educated about healthy foods for the family.
